Customs Process for Export and Import
A comprehensive guide on PPJK, required documents, customs processing, import duty and tax calculation, and steps to ensure smooth clearance processes.

Prerequisites

- Prepare basic documents (invoice, packing list, B/L or AWB)

Document Preparation
Preparation of required documents, including invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin (if required), and other supporting documents according to the type of goods and applicable regulations. All documents are ensured to be complete and valid.

Goods Classification & Tax Estimation
Goods are classified based on the appropriate HS Code, followed by the calculation of import duties and taxes to determine the estimated obligations to be paid.

PIB & PEB Processing
For export processes, PEB (Export Declaration) is processed. For import processes, PIB (Import Declaration) is processed. Both documents are main requirements in the customs process.

Customs Process & Clearance
